  My rating is a zero, but it will not let me post with a zero. While on a stay at the Wyndham, we were assaulted by another quest in our car driving in the parking lot as we were returning back from a night out. The security on site also had an altercation with the person. It was approximately 1:00 am. We called Metro and someone did not arrive until nearly 4:00 am. Not only did the Wyndham security choose to not press charges, but Metro stated that they could not verify the identity of the man despite the fact that the security people stood outside the person's door to make sure he did not leave or open the door upon their arrival. Furthermore, they knew which car was his and would not run plates....in fact told us it was a rental from California. I looked at the tags after they left....it had Tennessee tags...in fact Davidson County tags. We were not given the name of the man and on tge report filed, the officer did not ask for all witnesses involved for insurance purposes because there was damage to our vehicle. The officer stated since he did not see the assualt he could do nothing. So, not only do we have damage to our vehicle, but we see that protect and serve does not apply to all cutizens.
