Tracey is very knowledgeable and has been helpful with all of our questions. We carry auto, home and life insurance with him. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was dropped after 10 years of using FB, because I had 3 claims in 3 years. I received no notice of this either. When I called to speak to my agent I was informed he was on a call with a customer. He already got his commission so I am sure he could care less. Hopefully if you are using these guys you won't have any unforeseen claims (what insurance is supposed to be for)!!!
