- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I opened a account with them because of a promotion going on. Turns out they lied to me about the promotion and didn't follow through with what they said they would do for me after I was reassured 3 different times in a 2 week spand. I'm very upset with this bank and they will say whatever you want to hear to get a account open. Don't let them trick you like they did to me. Thanks for a waste of time fifth third bank.
