- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I originally set up an account with the folks at Avenue Bank- but they have since been bought out by Pinnacle. The Staff is the same and is always so prepared to serve me, working in the service industry this is the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are incredibly helpful, friendly, and are ready to even make you a cup of coffee if you mention needing one!!! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I freakin love these guys. After banking with them for 5 years I'm really amazed I can so passionately recommend a bank. I was at B of A and regions before and there is just no comparison. First off they are always nice and really fast. You can walk in, throw a check down, tell them where you want it and walk out in 30 seconds, they do all the paperwork. Second it seems like they either really do care about you or they are EXCELLENT at faking it, either way it doesn't matter you feel like you're talking to friends when you're there.
