- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Im a smoker, The first time I came here, a young lady at the desk continuously made comments about how bad it smelled of cigarettes. Don't go here unless you have about an hour and a half to wait. Always short staffed, and one specific young lady who is constantly rude and hateful. I went to kroger location and it is LIFE CHANGING. Don't go here, your wasting your time. Update: its July 11 and this is still THE WORST bank I have ever been to in my life. Run as far away as you possibly can. Don't use suntrust if you can help it. Worst decision ever.By Alexandra Evans, July 18, 2017
