- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been with SunTrust this branch and Music Row branch over 20 years : in that time they provided stellar care when I had little money and the same care when I had enough. They helped our children learn money management and we're very helpful when they were away at college and military. It's the only Bank where one may develop a relationship with a real person and have access to them when questions or issues arise. To me this is far more important than latest greatest tech where you are merely an account number or worse part of an algorithm of transactions. To those complaining about lack of translators,perhaps call ahead on the 1-800 number and I promise they will accommodate you. Very friendly and professional.By Susie Tunes65, May 04, 2017
