  Watch battery died, I took the battery out by removing 4 small screws on the back and took it to batteries and bulbs. They were out of the battery and sent me to this jewelry store. They said it was $10 whether they install it or not. I bought the battery and decided on the way home to have them put the 4 tiny screws back in since I had already paid for the labor. When I went back with the watch, battery and screws, he decided he wanted an additional $10 to put the screws in because he didn't take them out. He said since he did not remove the screws it could turn into a $40 repair. I asked to just get a refund, which he did. That shocked me. Extremely greedy jeweler.

  Wonderful place! I called many other stores looking for someone to resize my palladium engagement ring. No one else would touch it, but Chuck was able to resize it and my wedding band in just two days! Great staff and great service!!
