  Update: GM called me and definitely helped the situation. He assured me measures were taken to resolve the situation. We're all human and I get that, and it means a lot that the GM reached out to make it right. Still not going to buy from them, that ship has sailed, but it was a great gesture of good will. Bump from 1 star to 3. Man, don't you love it when the sales manager, Aaron, insults you for making a phone call before making a large decision? Quality stuff, good job. Love this place honestly so great 5/7. Train your management to handle any kind of stress better than that, general manager.
