- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆-Rude and unprofessional- I will try to keep this short and sweet: Shipped a package from this location.. it arrived damaged. The store had first said they would refund my money after UPS did an investigation and from there the "owner" with lack of customer service had something new each time that he "needed" in order to refund my $15.00. Majority of our phone conversations from HIM calling ME resulted in him having conversations with customers in the store WHILE on the phone with me. HEY GUY GUESS WHAT!? I contacted the company that I bought the damaged goods from and THEY are shipping my products FREE of charge. Now THAT is customer service. FOLKS don't waste your time shipping a package from this store. #lessonlearnedBy Chelsea Frigo, April 29, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Douglas is amazing. I came to the store on a Sunday, only to discover it was closed. Douglas Was in doing some paperwork and opened the store for me and processed 3 separate shipments for me. He provided excellent service.
